In the horizontal position, the four smaller wheels and built-in support legs automatically lower, providing extra stability while you work on the boards. When it is time to move the cart, you tilt it into the vertical position and use the smooth-rolling pneumatic tires. This makes the cart very narrow, allowing it to maneuver easily through tight spaces and over uneven surfaces.
